1. Place the meat into the crock pot. 2. Mix the jam with the soup mix. 3. Pour over the roast. 4. Cook on high for 6 hours, or on low for 10 hours. 5. Let the roast rest for a few minutes before slicing. 6. If you are really patient, chill overnight, then you can cut sheer slices. 7.
