1. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Add the lentils and marjoram. If using dried parsley, add now too. Lower the heat. 2. Cover loosely and let cook for 20-30 minutes or until tender. 3. Remove any excess water if the lentils didn't absorb all of it, then put them into a serving bowl. If using fresh parsley, add now and mix well. 4. Drizzle a little olive oil evenly into the bowl (about 1 teaspoon or so, maybe a little less) and mix well. 5.
