1. Cook the broccoli in a larg pan for 3-4 mins until just tender. 2. Remove with a slotted spoon and refresh under cold running water. 3. Add the pasta to the cooking water and cook according to the pack instructions and then drain. 4. Heat the oil in a pan, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove. 5. Add the chicken to the pan and fry for 5-6 mins until cooked through. 6. Add the garlic and wine. Bubble for a few mins, add the cream, then bring to the boil. 7. Mix in the broccoli, bacon and pasta. 8. Sprinkle with the almonds then serve. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
