1. Boil cabbage until softened. 2. Remove from pot. 3. Using oven mitts, peel leaves off. 4. Mix beef, rice, salt/pepper, egg and milk and onions in bowl. 5. Fill cabbage leaves with mixture and roll up. 6. Place cabbage rolls in a 9" x 13" baking dish. 7. Mix ingredients of sauce together and pour over cabbage rolls. 8.
