1. Brown meat. 2. Combine all ingredients in crock pot or dutch oven. 3. Cook 45 mins in dutch oven on stove top med heat. 4. Cook 2 hrs in crock pot. 5. For best results refrigerate 24 hrs, skim fat then reheat. 6.
