1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in large mixing bowl. 2. In another bowl beat eggs well. 3. Add milk and oil and beat well. 4. Make a well in dry ingredients and gradually stir in liquid ingredients, mixing until smooth. 5. Heat skillet on high with 1 to 2 tablespoons cooking oil. 6. Spoon batter into skillet and form 4 inch pancakes. 7. Brown on both sides. 8. Serve with syrup or jam. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
