Swedish Milk Pancakes


1. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in large mixing bowl.

2. In another bowl beat eggs well.

3. Add milk and oil and beat well.

4. Make a well in dry ingredients and gradually stir in liquid ingredients, mixing until smooth.

5. Heat skillet on high with 1 to 2 tablespoons cooking oil.

6. Spoon batter into skillet and form 4 inch pancakes.

7. Brown on both sides.

8. Serve with syrup or jam.
