1. In a large skillet or a dutch oven, melt margarine over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until clear and golden, 5-10 minutes. 2. Add wiener slices and paprika, cook for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and add potato slices, tomato paste and milk. Let simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add cream and simmer 5 more minutes.
