1. Preheat grill to high. 2. Slice lamb into 1cm rounds. 3. Sprinkle lamb generously with salt and pepper grill on one side until well browned. 4. Remove lamb from heat,spread with mustard. 5. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over lamb and return to heat. 6. Cook 2-3 minutes more until the sugar has melted but lamb is still pink in centre. 7.
