Sweet Potato Casserole (Imelletty Perunalaatikko)


1. Peel potatoes.

2. Boil them until soft. Mash them.

3. Add sugar and half of the flour and sprinkle the rest on top.

4. Place in a warm place covered with a cloth for an hour.

5. Add enough milk to get runny mixture. Add nutmeg and salt Pour in two casserole pots.

6. Bake in 175 C oven for an hour.
