Sweet Potato Crisps


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Scrub potatoes well and cut in 1/8 inch slices.

3. Coat a non-stick baking sheet with walnut oil and arrange potato slices on it.

4. (I needed to use a second cookie sheet).

5. Combine the seasonings.

6. Sprinkle potatoes with half of the seasonings.

7. Bake 10 minutes.

8. Using a large spatula, turn, sprinkle with remaining seasonings and bake 10 minutes more until crisp.

9. Serve immediately.
