1. Preheat electric oven to 350°F 2. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. 3. In a large bowl, sift mochiko, baking soda, and salt; add brown sugar and mix well. 4. Add coconut milk and water; mix well. 5. Fold in sweet potatoes; pour into prepared pan. 6. Sprinkle with sesame seed. 7. Bake for 1 hour. 8. Cool, cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces. 9.
