1. Mash potatoes with egg yolks, butter and ginger. 2. Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. 3. Grease spring form ring tin& spoon in mixture. 4. Combine all topping ingredients. 5. Sprinkle over potato mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. 6.
