1. Melt butter. 2. Add chopped sweet potatoes. 3. Add curry powder. 4. Keep stirring for a few minutes. 5. Add 1/2 cup of water and chicken stock powder. 6. Put lid on and sweat gently until soft, adding more water as needed. 7. Puree with milk in food processor or with stick mixer. 8.
