1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. 3. Drain bacon; crumble and set aside. 4. Beat eggs, half-and-half, mustard, salt and Swiss cheese in bowl. 5. Stir in bacon. 6. Pour into 4 custard cups. 7. Place custard cups in 13x9x2-inch baking pan. 8. Fill pan with 1 inch of hot water. 9. Carefully place pan in oven. 10.
