Swiss Cheese Lasagna


1. In a large skillet cook the beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink,drain.

2. Stir in the water, tomato paste, salt, rosemary and pepper.

3. Bring to a boil.

4. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.

5. Meanwhile cook lasagna noodles according to directions.

6. In a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish, layer a third of the meat sauce, noodles and swiss cheese.

7. Repeat layers.

8. Top with cottage cheese and the remaining swiss cheese, noodles and sauce.

9. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

10. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

11. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer or until bubbly.

12. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
