Swiss Green Bean Casserole


1. Melt 2 tbsp butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar, onion.

2. Add sour cream gradually until smooth.

3. Add beans.

4. Mix together and heat thoroughly.

5. Pour into greased casserole dish.

6. Grate cheese over top.

7. Crush cornflakes and mix with melted butter.

8. Put on top of beans.

9. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 400.
