1. Line a 9" pie plate with bottom pastry; trim the edge even. 2. In a skillet, saute the mushrooms and onion in butter; drain. 3. Arrange half of the cheese slices in the crust. 4. Top with half of the mushroom mixture; repeat layers. 5. Place remaining pastry over the filling; trim, seal and flute edges. 6. Cut slits in the top. 7. Bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. 8. Let stand for 10 minutes. 9. Cut into wedges. 10. Enjoy! 11.
