1. Whip cream until thick, add sugar and continue to whip until thick. 2. Drain pears well. 3. Melt chocolate with reserved syrup. 4. Put pears in a large bowl, a glass bowl makes a nice presentation. 5. Cover pears with whipped cream. 6. Cool chocolate mixture, then pour or spoon chocolate carefully over whipped cream. 7.
