Swiss Steak!


1. Dredge meat in flour; fry at med-high heat to seal in juices.

2. Saute vegetables in drippings.

3. Add tomatoes and stir; take off heat.

4. Place meat in a baking dish and top with vegetables.

5. Bake at 300 F for 2 1/2 hours!
