1. Saute steaks on medium high with the olive oil in an oven proof skillet until browned on both sides, remove from heat. 2. Add diced celery and diced tomatoes. 3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes. (Depending on the size of your meat.) Check after 20 minutes, you might want to leave the lid off at this point if you like a thicker sauce. 4.
