1. Heat 2 TBSP oil in wok over medium heat. 2. Add beef and stir fry until cooked(1-2 minutes). 3. Transfer beef to plate; discard oil and wipe out pan. 4. Heat 2 TBSP oil in wok; brown onions, garlic and ginger. 5. Combine corn starch and beef broth, whisking unitl smooth. 6. Stir broth mixture, hoisin sauce and soy sauce into onion mixture. 7. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 8. Stir in beef. 9. Toss with hot cooked pasta and snow peas. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
