1. Cut chicken into cubes then add flour to good simmering pot and mix to even flour through chicken.

2. add oil add onion and cook to brown.

3. add all ingredients into big simmering pot and bring to boil and simmer for twenty minutes with lid on then take off lid and reduce to a nice sauce for another ten minutes.
