1. In large bowl, combine wheat salad mix and contents of Spice Sack. Stir in 1 cup boiling water and oil. Let stand 30 minutes. 2. Stir in fresh basil, fresh parsley, onion, garlic, lemon juice, and salt (if desired). 3. Fold in tomatoes. 4. Cover; chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving. 5. Serve as a side dish, a light lunch, or on a bed of romaine lettuce. Sprinke with freshly ground pepper, if desired. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
