1. BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. 2. STIR in water, catsup and seasoning mix. 3. Bring to boil. 4. Stir in macaroni. 5. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. 6. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. 7. ADD Velveeta; stir until melted. 8.
