1. Heat oil in wok. 2. Add beef and onion. 3. Stir-fry over high heat until beef is no longer pink and onion softens. 4. Drain excess fat. 5. Stir in chilli powder, corn, tomatoes, sugar, oregano, salt and pepper. 6. Bring to a boil. 7. Lower heat, cover and simmer about 10 minutes. 8. Stir in cheese, cook until partially melted. 9.
