1. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat. 2. Cut tempeh into 1/2-inch chunks. 3. Stir fry tempeh until golden brown on all sides. 4. Mix sauce ingredients (tahini, tamari, agave nectar, ground ginger, and water) in pot. 5. Bring sauce mixture to a boil. 6. Add tempeh into sauce and mix together, coating each chunk thoroughly. 7.
