1. Combine all ingredients together and when it comes to the buttermilk just poor out of the carton and whisk it up until it becomes smooth,' but make sure its not thick. It should be a little runny but coats your spoon. 2. Then you can add your flavor (garlic and cilantro) my favorite (or finely cut onion) -(or small cubes of tomato)-(or grated and drained cucumber) and enjoy! 3. If you don’t have buttermilk, just add 1 cup of yogurt and water and whisk until smooth. 4. It's really, really good. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
