1. Chop almonds 2. Roast almonds gently in a heavy bottom fry pan on medium heat until golden brown. 3. Thinly slice the apples. 4. Sprinkle with lemon juice as the apple slices are added to the bowl and stir gently. 5. Chop parsley very finely and add to apples. 6. Drizzle vinegar and olive oil over the top and stir again. 7.
