Tarragon Fettuccine


1. Fry bacon in a large skillet until crispy- remove bacon& set aside.

2. Keep bacon grease in pan.

3. Add chopped onion and garlic to pan- sautee until onion is transparent.

4. Drain 1/2 liquid out of can of tomatoes and add to the pan.

5. Add tarragon,red pepper,salt,and olive oil.

6. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

7. Cook fettucine in salted boiling water until al dente and then drain.

8. Add to tomato mixture until coated.

9. Garnish with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
