1. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the steaks). Set aside 3/4 cup for basting later. 2. Pour remaining marinade into a large resealable bag and add the steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes (mine stayed in over four hours). 3. Drain and discard the marinade. Grill steaks over medium heat for 6 minutes on each side until meat reaches your desired temperature (medium is 160F); basting with reserved marinade as you grill. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
