1. Stir sugar into water in a small saucepan over medium heat. 2. Stir until sugar dissolves. 3. Bring to a slow boil and boil for 3 minutes. Cool. 4. Puree peaches in a blender; add cooled syrup and lemon juice. 5. Stir in wine. 6. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. 7.
