1. In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in water and sauce mix. 2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. 3. Simmer, uncovered for 3-5 minutes or until thickened. 4. Add tomato paste; stir until blended. Add green beans and mushrooms. 5. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with tater tots. 6. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 7. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
