1. Heat the oil on a tava and fry the onion until light brown. 2. Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for a few seconds. 3. Add the tomato, green chillies, turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder,cuminseed powder, chaat masala, tandoori masala and fenugreek leaves and cook. 4. Cook for 2 minutes. While cooking, sprinkle a little water if necessary. 5. Add the garbanzo beans and salt and cook for a few minutes. 6. Sprinkle cilantro leaves on top. 7.
