Teisen Fala (Welsh Apple Cake)


1. Peel and core the apples and cut into tiny dice.

2. Preheat oven to 350°F.

3. Rub the fat into the flour, add the sugar.

4. Add the apples and mix together with a little milk to bind to a fairly stiff dough.

5. Spread into well greased shallow tin and bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes.
