Telo ( Surinam-Indonesian)


1. Peel Cassave, wash and cut fingersize pieces.

2. You can boil the cassave for 10 minutes if desired.

3. Rub cassave with garlic.

4. In a deep pan, heat oil.

5. Put pieces of cassave in oil until golden brown.

6. Strain and sprinkle with salt.
