Tempered Rice With Coriander Leaves


1. De-stem the green chillies.

2. Chop finely.

3. Chop corriander leaves finely as well.

4. Heat oil in a pan.

5. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.

6. Add chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and peanuts.

7. Saute well.

8. Add rice.

9. Season and miz well.

10. Serve hot garnished with chopped corriander leaves.
