1. Preheat oven to 230C. 2. With a little oil, grease 6 popover tins or individual baking tins. 3. Take a medium-sized bowl. 4. Sift together the flour and salt in it. 5. Make a well in the center. 6. Add the eggs to the well. 7. Beat the eggs at medium speed, drawing in the flour from the edges of the bowl to get a smooth and thick mixture. 8. Add the milk, gradually, to get a smooth batter. 9. Now, carefully pour the batter in the prepared tins. 10. Bake for 15 minutes. 11. Reduce the oven temperature to 180C. 12. Cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown. 13. With the tip of a sharp knife, pierce each popover to allow the hot steam to escape. 14.
