Tenderloin Souvlaki Skewers


1. In a large glass bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, oregano, and garlic.

2. Add pork, onions, and green peppers; stir to coat.

3. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

4. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.

5. Thread pork, peppers, and onions onto skewers.

6. Lightly oil grate.

7. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
