1. Combine water and sugar in medium saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil over med heat. 3. Add cranberries; return to boil. 4. Gently boil cranberries for 10 minutes without stirring. 5. Pour into medium glass mixing bowl. 6. Gently stir in remaining ingredients. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on salsa. 7.
