1. Heat the grill to hot. Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes. 2. Combine the hot sauce and lime juice in a small saucepan over low heat. 3. Slice the steak thinly and drizzle the warm sauce over it.
