1. Half cantalope, discard seeds, scoop out flesh and set aside. 2. Reserve shells to use for "bowls". 3. Heat oil in a saucepan. 4. Add onion. 5. Sauté 2 minutes. 6. Add cantaloupe flesh and tomatoes. 7. Cook 5 minutes. 8. Add the next 5 ingredients. 9. Bring to a boil. 10. Reduce. 11. Simmer 5 minutes. 12. Purée in batches. 13. Return to pot. 14. Re-heat. 15.
