Thai Chicken Stir-Fry


1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or pan.

2. Stir-fry chicken (or beef) until browned.

3. Add vegetables and stir-through for 3 minutes or until veggies are tender.

4. Toss through coriander, hot chilli and garlic sachets.

5. Mix through soy sauce and honey, if desired.

6. Heat through.

7. Serve with rice.
