Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp


1. Heat oil and saute onions over medium high heat.

2. Add curry paste and saute 1 minute.

3. Stir in sugar, saute 15 seconds.

4. Add shrimp, saute 3 minutes (or until done).

5. Stir in coconut milk and fish sauce and heat through.

6. Remove from heat and stir in green onions and basil.
