1. Puree the lychee fruit and water until a smooth consistency is reached. 2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, and discard the pulp. 3. add lime juice and red syrup and stir well. 4. pour into glasses filled with ice cubes until 3/4 full. 5. top the rest off with club soda. 6.
