1. Prepare the noodle according to the directions on the package. 2. Drain and set aside. 3. In a medium bowl, toss together pork, garlic, and ginger. 4. Heat oil in a 12" nonstick skillet over medium high heat. 5. Add pork mixture and red pepper. 6. Cook and stir for 4 minutes. 7. Add snow peas and green onion and cook and stir for another 2 minutes. 8. Add cream of coconut, lime juice, water, pepper sauce and salt. 9. Stir to combine. 10.
