1. Heat oil in wok, add curry paste and stir fry for one minute. 2. Add pork, stir fry until lightly browned. 3. Add coconut milk and one cup water, bring to the boil. 4. Simmer for 15 minutes. 5. Add corn and peas to wok, cook for 5 minutes. 6. Add fish sauce, brown sugar, lime rind and basil leaves, toss well. 7.
