Thai -Style Chicken With Coriander Mango Salsa


1. Cook the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.

2. Add the chicken and brown for 4-5 minutes.

3. Add the sugar, soy,chilli and fish sauces and lime juice. Simmer until the chicken is cooked.

4. Cook the noodles in boiling water until tender.

5. Drain, add to the pan ,along with the broccoli, and toss well.

6. Serve with the Coriander Mango Salsa: combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
