1. brown the ground meat in some butter and/or oil. 2. add the chopped onion. 3. when the onion softens, add the minced garlic and ginger. 4. stir for a couple of moments. 5. add the chopped cherry tomatoes, the water, the ketchup, the worcestershire sauce and the red wine vinegar. 6. when it boils, add the bouillon cube and all the spices. 7. let it simmer for 20 minutes. 8. add the drained beans. 9. let simmer for another 10 minutes. 10. add the chopped fresh cilantro. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
