1. Combine ingredients in a blender, using only 4 cups of the water. Blend until well mixed. 2. Bring the remaining 3 1/2 cups water to a boil. 3. Stir in blended ingredients with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until the mixture has thickened. 4. To freeze this cheese for later use, don't boil the 3 1/2 cups of water but stir the 3 1/2 cups water into the mixture from the blender. Using a cup measure, pour into freezer bags and store in the freezer. This can be taken out and used as needed.
