The Easiest Perfect Roast Beef


1. Set roast out and allow to come to room temp,about an hour.

2. Preheat oven 275 (low temp).

3. Combine spices in a bowl.

4. Rub spices all over the roast.

5. Heat skillet on med/high heat and oil.

6. Brown meat on all sides.

7. Place roast on rack or vegetables in baking dish.

8. Place in oven and turn heat down to 225-250 (depending your oven).

9. When internal temp reaches 130, or close to it for more rare results, remove from oven and tent with tinfoil for 15 minutes before carving.

10. My roast was perfectly cooked in about 7 hours.

11. When using a meat slicer, it makes for perfect sandwiches.
